Groups of foreign military met in one of the toughest and strongest city of Mexico – Tijuana, Baja California. According to CNN Mexico, foreign militaries met on Sunday, March 18 to serve as analysts in the development of one of the most visited border towns in the United States.
According to communications from the Secretary of Defense (Sedena) of México, military visitors were received by General Gilberto Landeros Briseño, Commander of the 2nd Military Zone (Segunda Zona Militar) and Cuauhtémoc Cardona, Secretary General of Baja California. Over 20 countries, met to analyze the security, social and economic conditions by visiting parts of the city and its state with the purpose to support its growth in becoming a more secure and well-developed city and country. Foreign countries such as Argentina, España, Corea, Chile, and other important ones are currently participating in this important project which will continue taking place through Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
